System conversion and complete tech stack
As part of the project, we took on the complete realignment of the tech stack. The aim was to replace existing systems and create a modern, powerful and future-proof system landscape.
The new tech stack includes:
Opera Cloud as a central property management system
Straiv for digital guest processes
HNS for efficient housekeeping management
SiteMinder as a channel manager
All systems have been properly implemented, integrated and coordinated so that operational processes are now much more efficient and transparent.
Our focus is on a holistic marketing strategy – from ads, SEO and meta campaigns to the development of a structured marketing plan. The aim is to further increase the visibility of SCAN Hotels, boost direct bookings and promote sustainable growth, and following the successful technical implementation, we are particularly pleased to be expanding our collaboration. In the future, we will also take over the online marketing for SCAN Hotels.
