You are the interface between our hotel clients, technology partners and our development team. You will manage website projects, maintain customer relationships and help us integrate AI-based processes into the agency’s work.

Your tasks

What you bring with you

Ideally experience in project management, ideally in a digital environment or the hospitality industry
Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and technology partners
Basic understanding of web technologies, digital marketing tools and hotel tech platforms (not a must, but a plus)
Openness to AI tools and a desire to actively help shape new processes
Structured, independent way of working with the ability to work in a team
German at native speaker level, English spoken and written with confidence
