Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Do you love managing campaigns, improving rankings, and making the numbers speak for themselves? As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll join our Online Marketing Team and work independently on exciting projects for our hotel clients—from SEA and SEO to the latest developments in AI-powered visibility.

Your tasks

Plan, Implement, and Optimize SEA Campaigns (Google & Bing Ads)
SEO Management for Hotel Websites: From Analysis to Implementation
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Visibility in AI Search Results
Social Media Marketing: Content, Campaigns, Reporting
Independent customer service with direct communication
Contributing to cross-functional online marketing initiatives as part of the agency’s day-to-day operations

What you bring with you

Extensive experience in SEA and SEO: you work independently
Safe Use of Google Analytics & Google Tools
Basic Knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Routine use of AI tools in everyday work
Geography skills: a plus, but not required
Hospitality experience: a plus, but not required
Self-motivated, organized, a team player
Fluent in German, proficient in English
